• Common sense in the common space – be considerate of the shared areas.
• Be mindful of noise management – conversations should be at ‘’library’’ level.
• Keep the ringer on your mobile phone at a considerate level while in the space.
• Be kind – We have zero tolerance for harassment. Every ‘’deskie’’ and visitor to mydesk should feel welcome.
• Keep it legal – We have zero tolerance for anyone using mydesk to conduct illegal activities or meetings.
• Think before you click – no porn sites, mydesk will not be responsible for third-party data, links, etc
• Please ensure your visitors can easily reach you and have them wait at reception to be escorted in.
• Please escort your visitors out of the meeting room after your meeting is over.
• The refrigerator will be cleaned out every week so please remove leftover and expired food.
• Please clean up after yourself – do not leave dirty dishes, mugs, glassware in the sink.
