Our modern Meeting Room is designed for smaller groups that need a private and professional setting for productive discussions.
With seating for 8 to 10 people, it provides a comfortable environment where your team can step away from everyday workplace distractions and focus on the conversation.

The Meeting Room is available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with prior booking required. Upon request and prior booking, we can open earlier, later and even on weekends.
Choose this space when your session is centred on conversation, decision-making or close collaboration. Its more intimate setup makes it easier for everyone around the table to participate.
Choose the Main Room when your session needs more space
Our Main Room, also available as a blockout Events Space, offers an open-plan and flexible environment for larger groups and more interactive sessions.
The space can accommodate up to 25 people seated or between 25 and 40 people for a standing event. It also includes access to comfortable lounge seating and kitchen facilities, allowing you to create a layout and atmosphere that suits your programme.
The Main Room is ideal for:
- Training programmes and professional development
- Workshops and facilitated planning sessions
- Team-building activities
- Conferences and presentations
- Networking sessions
- Community gatherings
- Corporate events and cocktail functions
Main Room rates
- Full day, 6 to 8 hours: FJD $750
- Half day, 3 to 4 hours: FJD $470

The Main Room is available from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, with prior booking required.
This is the better choice when your agenda includes a presenter, group exercises, networking, audience participation or activities that require more room to move and engage.
